We are an Australian company based in Adelaide; all packages are shipped from this location through Australia Post. We also provide worldwide shipping!

Orders are processed Monday - Friday and can take up to two business days to process before being shipped.

Tracking advice will be sent to your email once your order has dispatched.

In some cases, we may need to contact you before your order can be shipped. To ensure there is no delay, please respond to any email from our Customer Care team.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

Please note that any International orders (including New Zealand) may be subject to customs inspections and import taxes unique to your country. These taxes are outside our control and we cannot pre pay these, we advise to contact your local customs office to find out if/and how much these taxes may be.

 

RETURNS POLICY 

We are confident you will love our products, however if for any reason you want to return your order, we offer a 14 day money back guarantee. You can return any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of the purchase date. Once 14 days has passed we may reject your return. All SALE items are final and cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.

Make sure you include a copy of your order confirmation email along with information on what you wish our team to do with your return!

 

All goods must arrive in their original, unworn and resalable condition including hangtags, etc. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, or the packaging, product or hangtags are damaged, we will not be able to process your return.

Please keep a copy of your receipt of proof of shipment for any returns back to Fatal Few. We recommend using tracked postage to ensure your item arrives safe and sound. The customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us


All returns can take up to 48 hours to process once received. Once your return has been processed by our team you will be sent an email confirmation.

 

EXCHANGES

You can exchange any FULL PRICED item/s within 14 days of the purchase date. Once 14 days has passed we may reject your exchange. 

If you are wishing to exchange your item for another, please print out your order confirmation and write next to the item the size or product you would like in exchange. The new item must be of same value or less. In the event that the requested item is not available, our Customer Care team will have the amount of the item refunded back to your account.

 

Please ensure all items are packaged securely and will arrive back to us in their original condition. In the case that your items are returned without the original packaging, or the packaging, product or hangtags are damaged, we will not be able to process your exchange.

 

The customer will be required to pay any postage costs back to us, however we will ship back your exchange item with Standard Shipping free of charge. We recommend that when sending an item back to us, you use a carrier with shipment tracking, or insure your package for a safe return, if you choose to use a carrier that does not offer tracking or insurance, you will be responsible if the item is lost or damaged during shipping.
